Installation Instructions:
1) First download an application named python, you can get it here
2) Download the zip archive using the download button at the bottom of this page
3) Extract the zip archive using your favourite tool and go into its folder
4) Run the install dependencies script, if it says requirement already satisfied, great!
5) Run the script called "Run Paint"
6) Get creating! Controls are listed in the command prompt opened by the script.
NOTE: The download button may not have the latest version, please check my github repository here
v1.8: Finally after 3 months AGAIN! I fixed a couple bugs with like events and stuff and I think fill tool works now!
v1.7: Released 9 minutes afterwards, fixes bug with fill tool, still never ever use the fill tool unless you know what you are doing!
v1.6: It has been 3 months, and I made a lot of changes that I can't list,
technically this is still a development version so do expect bugs.
